Dr. Farley has been an educator in New Jersey for over 25 years. He has been a Teacher, Coach, Supervisor, Principal, Director, and Chief School Administrator. He has also taught and spoken at many colleges and universities regarding technology, supervision and management, paradigm shifts, and fearless leadership.

Dr. Farley firmly believes that schools need to be a place where students and staff want to go each day. Culture and climate creates the foundation of a child's education. Optimism and enthusiasm makes the difference in the development of a positive and productive learning environment.
