Michele Traina

Michele Traina is an educator, performer, and entrepreneur. She has taught
Theatre, Dance, and English to children throughout the tri state area and has
performed theatre throughout the country.
Michele is the owner of Propbox Players, a theatre company specializing in
inclusion theatre in early childhood. Michele holds a Masters in Educational
Theatre and Supervisor and Principal certifications in the state of New Jersey.
She has taught in Trenton and Hoboken as a full time theatre teacher for over ten
years and still serves as an educator through her company and an adjunct faculty
member at Adelphi University in the School of Education.
Michele is also the creator of Divorce Diaries, a one woman comedy show
following her life as a single mom. Divorce Diaries has appeared on Wendy
Williams, The Chicago Tribune, and comedy clubs and venues throughout the
country. Her favorite role to date is playing Mom to Grace, enjoying Cafe Bustelo
with 5am writers club, and advocating for diverse learners of all socioeconomic
backgrounds.
