Board Member

Dean works as a Management Consultant for a Manhattan-based boutique consulting firm. He
works with multiple clients coordinating several teams to ensure that the systems and
processes which are implemented can operate at maximum efficiency. This includes many
facets of business operations from leading company initiatives to advising on staffing decisions.
Dean’s experience includes working with complex financial models which require an ability to
navigate several different software programs and integrate the information from different
formats. He works with staff from all levels of his clients, from the owners of the business to
newly hired employees. He makes sure his clients have the necessary information to remain in
a solid business position in any economic environment.
